By using Cosmic Shooter (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage you to use a strong password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Game to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Attempt to disrupt or overburden our servers or networks.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.

4. Virtual Items & Withdrawals

The Game includes virtual currencies ("Star Coins" and "Galaxy Tokens"). Galaxy Tokens may be eligible for withdrawal subject to the terms on the withdrawal page. We reserve the right to manage and regulate these virtual items and their conversion rates. All transactions are final.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
